About this Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with expertise in selling complex security solutions into large scale organizations and introducing Drone as a First Responder (DFR) workflows. This is an enterprise-level sales role that requires a proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi million dollar quotas. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive, mission-driven environment, has established relationships within business and security leadership stakeholders and is comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles for high-value technology solutions. Expect 50%+ travel to meet with decision-makers and advance opportunities across your territory. Key Responsibilities Own a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across critical infrastructure and industrial markets that you will help develop. Identify organizations where BRINC's autonomous drone technology can address significant security and operational challenges. Build strategic partnerships with technology, telecommunications, security, and systems-integration providers. Coordinate product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, pilots, site assessments, and security evaluations that translate customer challenges into compelling solutions and business cases. Navigate procurement, legal, security, IT, privacy, regulatory, and other enterprise approval processes. Proactively develop and close enterprise-level opportunities within your assigned territory, while delivering market intelligence that shapes product roadmap and enterprise strategy. Help establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks for emerging critical-infrastructure business. Consistently manage a high-value pipeline, driving opportunities from discovery to close while meeting or exceeding assigned quotas. Stay current on public safety trends, evolving DFR security needs, and competitor activity.

Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience , preferably selling DFR solutions, complex technology, security, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical solutions. Strong relationships with senior security leadership within enterprise organizations within target markets such as utility, oil and gas, mining, data centers, warehousing logistics, large corporate campuses, etc. Experience selling into large enterprises and/or highly regulated industries such as Physical security technology, Video Surveillance/VMS, Drone or Robotics, Emergency Response Technology, etc. Strong consultative and discovery-based selling skills, while navigating complex procurement processes. Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, rapidly evolving environment where the sales playbook is still being built. Enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales experience with a consistent record of 85%+ quota attainment. Ability to travel domestically 50%+ of the time to meet with agencies. Comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles while maintaining pipeline discipline.
