archived Sep 17, 2026ClickHouse is seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide strategic and operational support to our 'VP EMEA Sales' and 'RVP EMEA Solutions Architecture'. This role is pivotal in ensuring both leaders are effective, focused, and operating at their highest capacity. You will serve as a trusted partner—anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and enabling seamless coordination across teams.
What you will do:
Executive Support Support local leadership through complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritisation, balancing internal and external commitments across multiple time zones. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international engagements, with a focus on APAC region support. Prepare materials, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, offsites, customer engagements, and key business events. Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate effective communication and information flow across Sales, Revenue, and other cross-functional teams. Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables, ensuring leaders are prepared and aligned on priorities. Draft, review, and edit executive communications, presentations, reports, and other business materials. Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and external contacts. Confidentiality & Judgment Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Exercise sound judgment when prioritising competing requests, managing escalations, and navigating fast-paced business environments.

About you:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably across sales, product, or marketing functions. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished executive presence. Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com). High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Experience in high-growth tech or global start-up organisations is a plus.
