Summary:
Delinea is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to join the leadership of Iris AI. You will manage a team of senior engineers who build and operate the services behind Delinea's AI features: LLM inference, retrieval, tool calling, agents, and evaluation. You will own a portion of the Iris AI roadmap and the engineers delivering it, hold a high bar for how -powered features are built and verified, and grow a team that treats AI-assisted development as a core engineering discipline. You will report to the Director of Engineering, Iris AI.
