You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. We are the dedicated B2B arm of Deliveroo, offering simple and flexible food-spending solutions to corporate clients across global markets, from team lunches to office events and pantry supplies.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Deliver New Business Targets: Own and deliver the UK mid-market revenue target through a combination of personal sales pipeline execution and team performance management. Lead and Coach Sales Talent: Lead, coach, and nurture a team of Business Development Managers, setting clear strategic priorities and supporting their ongoing development. Shape Mid-Market Strategy: Translate commercial data and prospect behaviour insights into actionable sales strategies that identify growth levers and mitigate pipeline risks. Manage Executive Stakeholders: Build multi-level relationships with key decision-makers across prospect organisations, tailoring communication to secure buy-in and close high-value agreements. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Commercial teams to align sales priorities with product roadmaps and national growth objectives.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: Commercial & Sales Leadership: Proven track record in B2B new business acquisition and leading high-performing sales teams to hit commercial targets. People Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and manage sales professionals with empathy and high emotional intelligence. Data-Led Sales Execution: Confident analysing pipeline metrics and large datasets to inform sales strategy and build structured account plans. Technical & Product Fluency: Ability to acquire deep product knowledge across software solutions to guide prospects on best practice usage and technical fit. Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage credibly with senior decision-makers in fast-paced environments.
