About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Operations Engineer to lead high-impact, strategic, technical projects that will drive the operational scalability of the organization as we rapidly grow. This role will operate at the intersection of technology and business strategy and serve as a critical bridge across functional areas, including our Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will take significant ownership in high-visibility customer-facing and business operations systems in building core parts of our product to support our rapid growth, optimizing our current tech stack and architecture, leading evaluation and procurement of new platforms, and designing and building custom solutions when market offerings don’t meet our needs. The ideal candidate will complement the organization with a unique blend of business / operations experience, technical capability across systems architecture and development in production environments, understanding of SaaS processes, and a passion to build systems to drive proactive, scalable, and data-driven business and customer management.
