Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electromechanical to serve as the definitive technical and quality authority for our contract-manufactured custom wire harness and cable assemblies used across power conversion and electromechanical systems, box builds, and skid-level integrations such as power conversion equipment. Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering (Electromechanical), you will own the end-to-end industrialization lifecycle for custom harnesses — from early DFM/DFA and supplier selection through mass production and “cradle-to-grave” quality accountability.
