About the Role:
The Marketplace is where MoneyLion customers see their financial options and act on them. It brings together MoneyLion's own money tools and a wide range of partner products, and customers count on us for the full picture and a clear sense of what actually fits their situation. We care a lot about the trust customers extend to us, and about turning it into long-term relationships that grow with them as their financial lives change. As Principal Product Manager, you'll take on the hardest, highest-stakes problems in the Marketplace, including the cross-cutting ones that shape where it heads and that no single team fully owns today. You'll set direction in your area and influence it well beyond, working through other teams as much as with your own. This is a hands-on role — you'll be in the details with your team day to day, not directing from a distance. The space is moving quickly, so reading customer and market signal and turning it into the bets we make next is a core part of the job. You'll report to the Director of Product.
