What You'll Do
Program design & build. Design and stand up scalable legal compliance programs from the ground up—defining scope, intake, workflows, roles and responsibilities (RACI), SLAs, tooling, and documentation—so that legal review is consistent, well-governed, and auditable across the business. Process creation & improvement. Map existing legal and compliance processes, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and continuously refine them; build repeatable playbooks, templates, checklists, and self-serve resources that reduce cycle time and manual effort while improving quality and coverage. Knowledge Repository and Resource Library Management. Partner cross functionally with Marketing Compliance and Product teams to create, maintain and update knowledge repositories and guidance documents to be leveraged by teams for self-service tools. Marketing and Operations compliance. Build and run the program that keeps advertising, promotional, and CRM content compliant—coordinating legal, regulatory, and medical/clinical review of claims and creative, maintaining substantiation and approval records, managing the review queue and turnaround times, and partnering with Marketing and Brand to bake compliance into their workflows. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory teams to operationalize compliance across sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment. Cross-functional coordination. Serve as the connective tissue between Legal and business teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, AI/Privacy). Run intake, triage incoming requests, coordinate stakeholder input, escalate matters that require senior legal review, and track issues to resolution. Risk assessments & documentation. Project-manage risk assessments, audits, and reviews; maintain program artifacts such as trackers, inventories, records of decisions, and audit trails; and prepare status reporting and metrics that give leadership clear visibility into program health. Scale & tooling. Identify where process, automation, and systems can create leverage; evaluate and implement tooling; and drive change management so new programs and workflows are adopted and sustained.
