Your day-to-day responsibilities Run travel risk management for employees: pre-travel risk assessments, real-time monitoring, and on-the-ground assistance across all destinations. Lead ICEYE's response to security crises, coordinating internal teams and external partners to resolve situations quickly and limit the impact on people and operations. Plan and deliver executive protection for senior leaders, including threat assessments, route planning, and coordination of protective details. Act as the first point of contact for security incidents and alarm activations, triaging, escalating, and responding on site or remotely. Plan and oversee security for company events, from risk assessment and access control to coordination with venues and security providers. Manage external security vendors (protective services, travel risk, and event security), holding them to agreed service levels. Write and maintain security procedures, run crisis exercises and drills, and deliver security training for employees. Support business lines running specialised or fast-moving programmes with tailored security planning
