Your day-to-day responsibilities Implement decor and seasonal updates across our Espoo offices, in line with our workplace standards. Source, purchase and coordinate the installation of decor, furniture and amenities directly with local suppliers. Manage kitchen and pantry supplies, and keep convenience, gym and terrace equipment stocked and in good shape. Run employee feedback activities and turn the results into concrete improvements. Own our office perks program and other everyday moments that make the workplace better.
What we’re looking for:
1 to 3 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or office management. Practical, hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable with physical tasks such as installing decor and organizing office supplies storage and the print room, and with ordering and coordinating vendors for furniture purchase and assembly. Experience managing vendors and purchases within a set budget. Experience running or supporting employee feedback activities (surveys, pulse checks). Fluent Finnish and English, needed for day-to-day vendor coordination
