Your day-to-day responsibilities Develop, maintain and tailor training programs covering remote sensing principles, SAR fundamentals, and the practical application of ICEYE’s technology across operational use cases. Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions to a global customer base, adapting materials and delivery approaches to suit varying levels of technical proficiency and requirements. Align training content with evolving product features and customer needs, ensuring materials reflect the latest advancements in ICEYE’s portfolio of offerings. Support customer adoption and operational readiness through hands-on instruction, live demonstrations, and scenario-based learning that emphasizes real-world use. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure training materials are accurate, current, and aligned with broader customer engagement strategies Represent ICEYE at customer workshops, briefings, and industry events, acting as a trusted technical educator and advocate for the effective use of SAR data
