The Opportunity

We are looking for a Tech Lead, DevOps Engineer who views "infrastructure as code" as an art form and thrives on the challenge of making complex systems feel invisible to the developers using them. As the Tech Lead, you will be the primary architect of our deployment ecosystem. You won’t just be "fixing servers"; you will be designing the foundation that enables vibe coding company-wide—an environment where ideas move from an employee's brain to production with zero friction and maximum confidence. This is a hybrid role with Wednesdays required on-site at one of our following hub locations: Chicago, Austin, New York City
