Marketing Senior Specialists are responsible for solving business challenges through marketing initiatives that combine knowledge about the consumer, the business, the brand, and the culture in which we operate. Through this, they are able to develop a marketing strategy that drives engagement and/or conversion. To make this happen, they act as orchestrators among internal teams across various departments, partners, and collaborators within projects, leading from strategic direction through execution to the evaluation of project results. They are individuals capable of navigating and interacting with various stakeholders throughout the course of a marketing project, ranging from the analytical side with business analysts to the creative side with designers and copywriters.
