About the Team
Nubank's Finance organization is structured into functional areas that together safeguard financial stability, compliance and strategic decision-making. Most core finance functions operate under a dual reporting structure — reporting directly into the global Finance team, with a dotted line to the business they support — which keeps us close to the operation while holding a consistent global standard. Within Finance, FP&A owns budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning, and acts as the analytical partner behind the company's biggest decisions. The team drives profitable growth by improving visibility, forecasting quality, consolidation and analysis of results and key metrics, translating them into insights and recommended actions for senior management. It also defines the performance metrics that create accountability and ownership across FP&A and the business units — tracking them consistently to measure progress, monitor KPIs and drive cost optimization.

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Expert to bring FP&A rigor and planning discipline to Nubank's Central Bank agenda and Finance governance. You'll make sure Finance, Risk, Capital, and the business arrive at every regulatory interaction and governance forum aligned, prepared and with a consistent story — translating capital, risk and performance metrics into the forecasts, plans and narratives that guide executives and the board. This is a role with a strong operating cadence, where regulatory and accounting impacts, provisioning distortions and metric consolidation are tracked as part of the regular FP&A cycle, not just project by project — and where you'll lead the improvements in process, systems and reporting that let us keep scaling and maturing as a multi-dimensional finance organization. You’ll be Responsible for Central Bank reports and interactions: Drive the internal preparation for quarterly performance meetings with the Central Bank, ad-hoc topic meetings, and one-off interactions (provisioning, regulatory blocks, and similar) — aligning with Credit, Risk, and Finance teams across Nubank to gather inputs, and build a consistent story before it reaches Bacen. Maintain the calendar of formal obligations and filing deadlines. ICAAP, capital and budget planning: Drive the internal alignment behind Nubank's ICAAP, working closely with Risk, Capital, and business unit teams to gather inputs from business and consolidate the final submission related to the market to support the Governance team. Connect ICAAP assumptions, risk metrics and regulatory impact analyses to the budget and business plan — working with the planning team to translate them into assumptions, scenarios and targets that feed the annual budget and rolling forecasts. Governance forums: Ensure FP&A and business alignment ahead of ALCO, risk and capital committee discussions — consolidating inputs and positions from Risk, Capital, and business teams — and drive the follow-through afterward, translating decisions into concrete unfoldings within FP&A and the business. Earnings disclosure: Support the earnings FAQ exercise by aligning with Accounting, Tax, and business teams — gathering inputs and helping shape the financial narrative across topics such as ETR/CSLL, payroll loans, segmentation and deposits. P&L impact analysis: regulatory and accounting: Continuously track and quantify the financial impact of regulatory developments (IOF/RDB, Desenrola, CLP and etc) as part of the regular FP&A cycle, feeding the analysis into forecasts and decision makers on an ongoing basis — including occasional direct discussion with the BUs when the impact needs to be sized or explained together. Also own, as a recurring exercise, the explanation of P&L distortions arising from Conglomerado Prudencial consolidation, local accounting rules (COSIF, BRGAAP) and similar effects, translating technical/regulatory noise into a clear read on underlying business performance month after month. Drive improvements to systems and reporting so this view — regulatory impact and accounting distortions — is properly captured and readily available, rather than rebuilt from scratch each cycle. Standardization across countries: Coordinate the standardization of processes, metrics and discussions across Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, so Finance speaks one language regionally
