At Pennylane, our website is a key engine for acquisition and conversion, transforming traffic from SEO, paid acquisition, media, and partnerships into demo bookings and self-sign-ups. With over 450,000 monthly visits , our website already brings together conversion, product management, engineering, and tracking. We are seeking a Team Lead Website to provide clear leadership, structure the team, and scale our conversion performance. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead a multidisciplinary squad and ensure the website’s speed, quality, and business impact.

What You’ll Do
You will lead our Website squad and collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Demand Gen, Data, Brand, and Automation teams.
Lead and Grow the Website Squad
Set clear roles, objectives, and rituals Manage and develop multidisciplinary profiles across conversion, product, and engineering Foster growth in autonomy and seniority Integrate AI into daily work to accelerate processes (e.g., backlog management, landing-page creation) Recruit additional talent as needed
Drive Conversion
Define and prioritize initiatives that improve demo bookings and self-sign-ups Frame, challenge, and unblock projects while empowering owners Monitor conversion KPIs and ensure focus on measurable business impact Share results and learnings with Growth, Sales, and Product teams
