The posting, in Ramp's own words
archived Sep 8, 2026About Ramp
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew immensely last year and are building out a talented business systems team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development.

What You'll Do
Own partner GTM systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them and their operational health Build and deploy the Salesforce automation behind them: record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets and approvals Own partner attribution from first touch to payout: referral capture, deal registration, partner-to-opportunity linkage and monthly partner payouts Own the integrations across the stack, including lead routing, sequence enrollment, meeting booking, enrichment and partner attribution, spanning Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato Prioritize incoming requests against ROI. Make the call on what gets built, what gets deferred and what gets declined, and show the numbers behind it Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing and tradeoffs and carry it through to closure without a manager in the room
