We handle everything outside the session. Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates take on patients' non-clinical needs, so your work stays clinical. You're part of a team. Clinical Quality Leads provide ongoing consultation, and our provider support team answers questions as they come up. Language-concordant care by design. Spanish-speaking patients are matched with Spanish-speaking clinicians. You won't be working through an interpreter or translating for the rest of the team.

Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S. | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available We're hiring bilingual licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for part-time or full-time roles, paid per session. Choose the setup that fits your life: 1099 contractor: starting at 15 hours per week W2 employee: starting at 25 hours per week, with full benefits
