At Sprinter Health, our mission is to reimagine how people access care by bringing high quality care directly into the home. Using the same technology that powers leading marketplace platforms, we deliver care where people are, especially those who need it most. We’ve supported millions of patients across 22 states and consistently maintained a 90+ NPS, reflecting the quality and experience we strive to deliver every day. Our clinical teams are at the center of making healthcare more accessible, connected, and personal. Where patient experience isn’t a metric. It’s a standard.
About the Role
As a Sprinter, you’ll bring healthcare directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll spend your day on the road providing a variety of preventative and diagnostic services, including blood draws, vitals, height and weight assessments, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and more. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independence, connecting with patients, and a workday that looks different from a traditional clinic setting.

What You’ll Do
Life as a Sprinter starts before the first patient visit. Your car becomes both your office and your lab on the go, so preparation and organization are everything. Prepare for your day by reviewing your schedule and ensuring you have the proper supplies and PPE. Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area. Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and other preventative and diagnostic services. Use your expert phlebotomy skills to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for each patient. Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience in every patient’s home. Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology. Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment. Manage your time, supplies, and schedule independently as you move from patient to patient throughout the day.
