A Complex Sales Expert: Experienced in managing complex SaaS sales cycles, with a focus on continuous sales process optimization, across both new business and expansion motions. An Inspirational Coach: Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals, dedicated to feedback and team growth.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Development: Take responsibility for 8-12 Account Executives who manage end-to-end sales processes across their territories. Build, inspire, and lead a high-performance team focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and growth, fostering a supportive, high-accountability environment where feedback is valued to drive development. Account Strategy & Execution: Shape and execute a strategy for both new logo acquisition and expansion within our defined territory, aligned with AlphaSense's global objectives.
