Senior Test Site Manager

Anduril's test sites are critical infrastructure that enable rapid development, integration, and validation of defense technology systems. We are seeking an operationally focused Test Site Facilities Manager to ensure our facilities remain mission-ready at all times. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining test site infrastructure, coordinating daily operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring facilities support high-tempo testing operations without disruption. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where facility readiness directly impacts mission outcomes.

Infrastructure & Facility Operations

Own day-to-day operations of test site facilities including space allocation, access control, and operational logistics Maintain mission-critical infrastructure systems: hangar doors, HVAC, electrical, lighting, and ground support equipment Execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure zero unplanned downtime during critical test operations Conduct regular facility inspections, identify issues early, and drive rapid resolution Maintain accurate inventory tracking for facility equipment, parts, and supplies; manage maintenance documentation
