Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure site status, hardware configurations, asset assignments, and service records consistently reflect actual field conditions. Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate owners. Ensure site inventory accuracy. Track deployed hardware, serialized assets, replacements, transfers, and returns. Reconcile system records with field activity and coordinate periodic inventory verification with Technical Operations and Logistics. Support hardware and quality issue management. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to establish ownership, track next steps, and facilitate resolution. Drive issues through closure. Maintain visibility into open actions, dependencies, and overdue items. Escalate blockers, communicate progress, and verify that completed work is reflected in the appropriate site, asset, and issue records. Resolve system and workflow obstacles. Serve as a coordination point when Technical Operations encounters problems with internal tools, data, or processes. Translate field feedback into actionable requirements and engage the appropriate teams to deliver solutions. Coordinate updates throughout the asset lifecycle. Ensure installations, hardware swaps, repairs, configuration changes, and decommissions are captured accurately and consistently across relevant systems. Improve processes and tools. Identify recurring documentation gaps, inventory discrepancies, and workflow inefficiencies. Develop practical standards, templates, and system improvements that reduce administrative burden and improve data reliability. Provide clear fleet visibility. Maintain reporting on documentation completeness, inventory discrepancies, open hardware issues, and outstanding actions so stakeholders can prioritize work and address recurring problems.
