ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril’s Manufacturing team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Fury Manufacturing at Arsenal-1 in Ohio . This is a unique role — You will have the opportunity to first train under our world-class structures manufacturing team at Anduril North Carolina in Morrisville, NC before bringing that standard of excellence back to a permanent installment in Ohio. Frequent travel between our NC and OH sites is to be expected, especially during the initial launch period. The right person for this role can demonstrate experience in composite and metallic structural assembly in a fast-paced environment, LRIP through FRP. This person will also demonstrate the ability to work across multiple functions (Manufacturing Operations, Design, Quality, Leadership, Supply Chain, etc) to achieve a successful manufacturing approach, flow, and build. This role encompasses everything in a production manufacturing value-chain, including, but not limited to, MBOM management, work instruction creation, design for manufacturability, work cell optimization, tool design & selection, process creation & optimization, vendor sourcing & interaction, quality planning, and work documentation associated with composite and metallic structures. This role requires relocation to Morrisville, NC for an initial training program (housing, transportation, & related costs provided), and then relocation to Aresnal-1 in Ohio.
