Recruiting Coordination Associate
As our Recruiting Coordinator Associate, you will report to our Recruiting Coordination Manager and support the Coordination team. You will have the opportunity to learn about recruiting processes, systems, and policies. Our ideal candidate is an individual with an extremely high attention to detail, strong sense of pride in the quality of their work, great communication skills, and most importantly someone who understands the rapid pace of startups. This is a 12 week program minimum (5 days onsite) at our HQ in San Francisco at Pier 70 (located right by the Warriors stadium!).

Role
End-to-End Early Careers Ownership: Partner directly with hiring managers to drive all university and early talent hiring, managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and offer extensions. Candidate Experience & Onsite Hosting: Guide candidates through a high-touch interview process as the primary liaison for internal teams, while welcoming and hosting candidates in-office for both your pipelines and fellow coordinators. ATS & Operational Integrity: Maintain strict data hygiene and documentation standards across the Applicant Tracking System to ensure reliable recruiting metrics and compliance. Process Optimization & Special Projects: Continuously evaluate workflows to elevate team efficiency and candidate experience, while supporting ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and campus events as needed.
