Your Impact
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will operate at the core of execution for our Professional Services organization—ensuring that the foundational systems, processes, and workflows that power service delivery are accurate, efficient, and reliable. You will be responsible for maintaining operational hygiene across scheduling, financial tracking, and data systems, enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale. In this role, you will engage directly with both internal stakeholders, customers, and third parties serving as a key point of coordination and communication.

What You’ll Do
Location: Canada (remote) Reports to: Manager, Service Delivery (Canada) Direct reports: 0 Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, aligning resources and timelines for existing customer installs and deployments. Hold Onboarding and Technical Kick Off Calls with customers to ensure deployment readiness post sales. Support purchase order (PO) and invoice tracking, validation, and reconciliation to ensure alignment between services delivered and financial records. Maintain and manage PSO calendars, ensuring accurate visibility into upcoming work, milestones, and deliverables. Drive data hygiene across systems of record (e.g., CRM, project tracking tools, financial systems), ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders, project records, and customer data. Monitor active work and proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays—escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery) to ensure alignment across scheduling, financials, and execution. Support escalation management by gathering context, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of blockers. Act as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and customers, providing updates, clarifying expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout engagements. Contribute to process consistency by maintaining documentation and supporting standardized workflows and reporting.
