What You’ll Do
You’ll work on a small team building high-performance, mission-critical devices with low-latency communication requirements. Axon has a portfolio of robust imaging and communication products that help law enforcement do their jobs and keep people safe every day. In this role, you’ll develop embedded networking firmware for Linux- and Android-based platforms.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience building software for Embedded Linux or Embedded Android Strong programming experience in C/C++ and/or Rust Experience building and optimizing performance-sensitive or real-time systems where latency and reliability matter Experience working with networking, connectivity, or communication protocols in production systems Systems-level experience building software for resource-constrained or connected devices Track record of partnering across software and hardware to solve complex systems-level problems Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity in an early-stage, new product environment
