A Day in the Life:
Build and continuously improve our reporting engine end to end, from the data models and infrastructure underneath to the reporting and forecasting rhythms that help leadership understand business performance, risks, and opportunities. When an issue traces back to upstream CRM design, process, or data quality, partner with the right teams to fix it at the source.
Own QBR processes, including analyses using large, complex datasets and present your findings and recommendations directly to go-to-market leadership.
Contribute to revenue planning, quota and target setting: including capacity-based quota analysis, attainment and distribution analysis, and repeatable quarterly target-update processes.
Investigate complex business questions with no established playbook. You'll determine the right data, methodology, and level of analysis needed to produce a decision-ready answer.
Build internal tools using AI-assisted development, balancing speed with accuracy, maintainability, and security without over-engineering.
Architect solutions you may not build yourself: translate business problems into clear requirements, decision logic, and success criteria, then drive execution with Business Systems, Data Engineering, and other partner teams.
What We're Looking For:
At least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics, or Business Operations, or a highly analytical operating role.
Investigate open-ended business questions, determining the right data, methodology, and solution.
SQL fluency and comfort handling large, intricate datasets – you think in joins, grain, and systems of record.
A systems mindset: you anticipate edge cases, understand downstream impacts, and design scalable solutions that won’t need to be rebuilt every quarter.
Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, problem-solving, and development – ou're comfortable working with agentic AI workflows, critically evaluating outputs, and choosing the right solution for the problem
Strong analytical instincts and business judgment – you optimize for the objective behind the ask, not the ask itself.
Executive-ready communication skills – you can confidently present your own analysis to senior leadership.
Experience supporting forecasting, revenue planning, quota planning, executive reporting, or other core Revenue Operations planning processes.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce data — reports, objects, and the data structures underneath them.
Experience building reporting and dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau.
Nice to have: Python or other GTM tooling, such as Clay.
