The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Software Developer with a strong understanding of AI-assisted development and prompt engineering. Ideally this person will have hands-on development experience and be knowledgeable in how AI technologies and prompt-based workflows can be leveraged to improve software development and business processes.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using modern programming languages. Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to support development and productivity initiatives. Create, refine, and optimize prompts for AI-powered development workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements. Apply development best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Support experimentation and adoption of emerging AI technologies within development

What We’re Looking For

4-5+ years of software development experience.

Strong programming experience in one or more of:

Python Java Node.js Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience working with AI tools, generative AI platforms, or prompt engineering concepts. Ability to effectively apply AI technologies to software development and operational activities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Bonus Points For Experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows. Familiarity with prompt design, optimization, and testing techniques. Understanding of how AI technologies can enhance developer productivity and automation. Experience working in agile development environments. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment. Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
