You will join the Deal Operations & Analysis team, which is part of the Finance organization. We are responsible that our quote-to-order process runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, we are collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company, including GTM, Pricing, Legal, Product & Engineering, to integrate business requirements and continuously enhance related processes for operational optimization.

The Role:
As a Deal Operations & Analysis Intern, you will be responsible for the provisioning process for our global customers. You will work closely with the Go-To-Market, Product, and Finance organization to ensure business requirements of high quality. As part of the Deal Operations & Analysis team, you will steer and optimize the current provisioning process to live up to Celonis’ growth ambitions.
The work you’ll do:
Manage Celonis’ global provisioning activities by ensuring the timely provisioning of new subscriptions and maintaining existing subscriptions based on customer contracts Being the point of contact for subscriptions, partners, and internal stakeholders for all provisioning-related questions Continuous review of existing processes to identify improvements and automation possibilities Collaborate with the Product team to maintain the knowledge hub of all provisioning changes and integrate new solutions Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant and state-of-the-art provisioning processes Support the preparation of monthly reports and help maintain the policy and documentation repository to ensure it remains accurate and up to date. Participate in team initiatives and process improvement activities, such as conformance checks and data clean-up exercises. Support the FinOps team with ad hoc tasks and booking activities
