About the Role:
CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave , we are building the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will support a senior executive and members of their leadership team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, experienced Executive Assistant or project manager who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor. The individual in this role will understand business priorities, proactively anticipate needs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and create capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information is essential, along with the professionalism to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders both inside and outside the company. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing complex tasks with minimal guidance, responding with appropriate urgency when priorities shift, and taking effective action even when they may not have the full picture. They will also be a collaborative team player who can build strong working relationships across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple teams and time zones. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense report preparation and submission. Organize and support team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team events. Track key deliverables, follow up on outstanding action items, and help drive work through completion. Create, compile, and maintain regular reporting and other key documentation. Partner closely with the leadership team to provide day-to-day organizational support. Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Draft, edit, and format documents and communications.
