The Role
Candidate Experience: Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements while ensuring a world-class candidate journey. Hiring Team Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection. Process Management: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports. Employer Branding: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, career site updates, and support recruiting events or initiatives that showcase Divergent’s culture. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, communication touchpoints, and recruiting operations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (tech or manufacturing environment preferred). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate care. Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace). A team-first mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
