Schedule
This position follows a 3–4 x 11-hour schedule . Employees are assigned to a consistent 1st or 2nd shift and one of the schedules below: Shift Days Hours 1st Shift Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday 5:00 AM–4:30 PM 2nd Shift Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday 4:00 PM–3:30 AM 2nd Shift Differential: +6% Note: Shift and schedule assignments are based on business needs and may change over time.

Purpose
The Additive Manufacturing Technician position is to support the production of high-quality, precision components through FOD free operations which includes additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment. This role ensures that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently; parts consistently meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications, while meeting production targets safely and efficiently.
The Role
The Additive Manufacturing Technician plays a vital role in the daily execution of additive manufacturing (AM) operations. The AM Technician is expected to exemplify our core values and demonstrate operational excellence. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with good mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination with an understanding of production workflows, can adapt to shifting priorities, and is eager to learn and have competency with AM processes. The technician is responsible for maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency throughout production, while working collaboratively with leads, supervisors, and management to meet operational goals and continuously improve processes
Basic Qualifications
Proficiency with computer software. Good hand-eye coordination. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and mentor peers. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and dependable. Conduct themselves with respect and professionalism. The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing or Manufacturing. Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus. Experience with highly technical equipment such as lasers, MRI’s, EDM’s, Robotics, CNC’s, and CMM.
Work Environment
Frequent standing, kneeling, walking, climbing, and machine operation in a factory setting. A supportive and innovative team environment. Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and perform hands-on physical tasks safely.
