Our sales and partner management teams are the heart and soul of DoorDash, enabling us to sign and partner with top restaurants and New Verticals merchants to drive revenue and help our partners operate and grow their businesses. As DoorDash grows both in scale and breadth of offering, the strength of our sales engine and organizational structure must grow with it. Our Enterprise sales organization partners with the largest national and regional restaurant and New Verticals brands across the US and Canada, from signing new partners to growing and retaining our most strategic accounts.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for a strong individual contributor on our Enterprise Planning & Strategy team to execute top company business objectives and help define the sales planning roadmap for our Enterprise sales organization, spanning restaurants and New Verticals. Your responsibilities will range from strategic (designing quotas and incentives aligned to the company's goals and strategy, integrating new products into sales GTM strategy and building consensus among sales leadership) to operational (forecasting, designing compensation plans, driving plan implementation and ensuring key metrics can be communicated, tracked and commissions calculated). You’ll bring a strategic mindset and strong analytics to the design and administration of sales incentive programs, while building trusted partnerships with Sales leadership. This role supports our US and Canada Enterprise sales organization across multiple sales motions and role types. You'll be a planning and strategy partner for a sales motion built on large, high-value partners, where forecasting accuracy and consistency, fair and well-understood compensation plans, and seller productivity are the north stars. This role will report into a Manager, Enterprise Planning & Strategy.
