Retention Marketing Specialist

Clean luxury. Better for you. At Everlane, we believe luxury should be as effortless as it is conscious. We partner with ethical factories, work with premium, sustainably sourced materials, and strive to leave the industry cleaner than we found it. There's still much to do, and we're excited to grow a team of motivated humans ready for the challenge. The journey toward better continues. At Everlane, our E-Commerce team is at the forefront of creating meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers. We believe great products start with great values — that's why we partner with ethical factories, use high-quality and more sustainably sourced materials, and share the true cost of everything we make. As we continue to grow, our team is focused on building a best-in-class customer experience that reflects our mission and drives long-term loyalty. We're looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to help build and optimize the email and SMS programs that keep our customers coming back. You'll get hands-on with campaign execution while also testing new segmentation approaches, building out new lifecycle flows, and pushing our retention program toward best practice. You're excited by both the craft of a well-built campaign and the curiosity of figuring out why it worked. This position reports directly to the Retention Marketing Manager. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across the business to bring campaigns to life and translate insights into action.

Your day-to-day:

Partner with the Retention Marketing Manager to test new segmentation strategies and surface opportunities to improve targeting and personalization. Build out and optimize lifecycle flows, including welcome, abandon, post-purchase, replenishment, winback, VIP, and churn-risk. Support list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance across email and SMS channels. Move fluidly between execution, and analysis, adapting quickly as business priorities shift. Stay current on lifecycle marketing trends and bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team. Prepare and leverage email and SMS reporting on an ongoing basis to inform go-forward.
