About this role As a Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Business orgs. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, a proactive approach to managing pipelines and a seamless candidate experience, and can partner effectively with our recruiting team and key stakeholders to grow the company. What You'll Do

Use your talents as a recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates Drive the offer process to onboard candidates Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity Be a gatekeeper of our culture and champion for Faire values: We serve our community, We seek the truth, We are all owners, We embrace the adventure, We are kind Help build an inclusive and diverse team environment

Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles You are passionate about recruiting You are organized and have excellent time management skills You care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detail You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal You are data driven and have experience managing weekly pipeline reporting

Salary Range

Toronto, ON, Kitchener-Waterloo, ON & Remote in Canada (BC, Alberta, Nova Scotia) : the pay range for this role is $108,000 to $148,500 This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Faire uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to screen and select applicants for this position. This job posting is for an existing vacancy. Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
