About the role:
FareHarbor is seeking a Group Product Manager to own, execute, and drive the success of our Core Product Group —which spans the full experience from our client-facing dashboard to the interactions their customers have. This role is pivotal in driving client innovation, optimizing for conversion, and delivering an exceptional user experience. As the strategic leader of this group, you will define the product vision and roadmap , manage a team of Product Managers , and directly contribute to key initiatives. You will transform business needs into actionable product strategies, balancing qualitative insights, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a track record of leading complex SaaS products. Most importantly, you must be obsessed with creating client value.
