At the AI Platform team, our mission is to empower Mission Teams across GetYourGuide to build and operate production-grade LLM features independently, democratizing AI development while maintaining the product quality our users deserve and expect. As the Senior Manager of our AI Platform team, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution to enable and scale AI-powered features across all product areas. You will be responsible for building and evolving the centralized AI infrastructure that makes LLM development systematic, trustworthy, and accessible at scale. Your team will establish the evaluation systems, abstraction layers, and safety guardrails that allow Mission Teams to ship AI features with confidence and speed, ensuring GetYourGuide delivers reliable, high-quality AI experiences to travelers worldwide.
