Associate Marketing Lifecycle Manager (Contract)

We're looking for a meticulous and data-driven Associate Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a contract basis. In this role, you will help build and implement lifecycle marketing programs that deepen player engagement, drive retention, and support key product moments across email and in-app messaging channels.

What You'll Do:

Build, QA, and deploy email and app messaging campaigns from brief through execution, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and brand consistency. Support the development and maintenance of automated lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, re-engagement, and retention journeys. Segment audiences and implement personalized messaging tactics using player behavior and product data to drive engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product Marketing, Creative, and Business Intelligence to align campaign execution with broader marketing goals. Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click rates, conversion, and retention, and surface insights and recommendations to the team. Run hypothesis-based A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation, and contribute to weekly performance reporting. Help maintain list health, suppression logic, and compliance standards across messaging channels.
