Senior Product Manager, Intelligent Platforms

About the role: What's in the Box

The Foundations Alliance's mission is to accelerate the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and highly available digital products at HelloFresh by providing services and platforms that improve internal builder productivity and system reliability. This position is for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the Operational Data Platform—the systems that create, transport, and store data at the point of origin, making it available for downstream analytics or AI. The role holds accountability for a high-leverage layer of the data ecosystem: the streaming and database infrastructure that product engineering teams rely on to get data flowing reliably. The core objective is to ensure operational data is created, delivered, and shared downstream reliably, cost-efficiently, and with explicit quality guarantees. The service provider will define the roadmap for the squad's platform (event streaming, relational, and NoSQL databases), partner closely with the Engineering Lead for the Operational Data Platform, and collaborate cross-functionally with data producer and analytical teams. This engagement comes at a key moment for critical-path cost-efficiency and reliability initiatives. This role does not include people management responsibilities.
