About The Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making sure our production team has everything they need, when they need it, and to the right quality. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the person who helps spot issues, gets to the bottom of what has happened and works with suppliers and internal teams to get things back on track. Whether it's a late delivery, incorrect stock, a quality issue or a last-minute change, you'll need to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and find a practical solution. You'll work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Product and FSQA teams, as well as our suppliers, to keep things moving and prevent the same issues from happening again. We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person others turn to when something needs fixing. You don't need to come from a traditional Supply Chain background - what's most important is your ability to take ownership, solve problems and get things done.

Who You Are
We're less concerned about having a specific Supply Chain background and more interested in how you work . You might come from Supply Chain, Production, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality or another fast-paced environment where you've had to deal with people, problems and competing priorities.
What matters is that you:
Are a natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out when things don't go to plan. Take ownership and initiative - you see something that needs doing and get on with it. Stay calm and focused when you're under pressure or dealing with unexpected problems. Are confident having difficult or challenging conversations when needed, while maintaining positive working relationships. Communicate clearly and are comfortable working with different stakeholders, including suppliers and teams on the production floor. Are practical and hands-on — you're happy to get involved and understand what's happening on the ground rather than only working from behind a desk. Can make sensible decisions independently and know when to ask for support. Are organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Have a strong 'get things done' mentality and don't need constant direction. Are curious and naturally look for ways to improve how things work. Are comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly. Are confident using basic systems and tools such as Excel, email and communication platforms. Experience with WMS, ERP or other data systems is helpful but not essential. Previous Supply Chain, Operations, Production or related experience is useful, but not essential. A relevant qualification is also a plus rather than a requirement.
What You Will Be Doing
Monitoring stock, deliveries and production requirements to help ensure we have the right products available at the right time. Responding to day-to-day supply and delivery issues, quickly identifying what has gone wrong and taking action to resolve them. Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, building strong working relationships and confidently following up when things don't go to plan. Working closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Product and FSQA to communicate issues, agree actions and keep everyone aligned. Managing multiple priorities at once, knowing what needs your attention first and staying organised in a fast-moving environment. Investigating issues such as late or incorrect deliveries, oversupply and short shelf life, understanding the root cause and putting actions in place to prevent repeat problems. Managing issues through to resolution, keeping relevant stakeholders updated and minimising any impact on production and our customers. Monitoring supplier performance and feeding back on recurring issues, process compliance and opportunities for improvement. Sharing information and learnings with the wider team and contributing to better ways of working. Taking ownership of problems from start to finish rather than waiting for someone else to solve them. Continuously looking for practical ways to improve processes, reduce waste and make day-to-day operations run more smoothly.
