Partner with the HelloFresh ANZ Product Marketing Lead to support, deliver, and seamlessly integrate product marketing as part of broader brand activity. Champion the HelloFresh customer at the heart of everything, supporting performance, CRM, direct sales, and CX teams with customer-focussed creative and comms briefing to reinforce the brand value proposition. Manage day-to-day agency relationships (creative, PR, media) and central ATL teams to write insight-led briefs, develop media strategies, and execute localized brand activity. Manage the end-to-end creative production of campaigns and autonomously deliver locally- and globally-led brand partnerships, collaborating with central teams and local culinary, product, growth, and ops functions. Coordinate and track the HelloFresh New Zealand brand budget, maintaining accurate records and processing spend to deliver world-class activity on time and to budget. Deliver post-campaign analysis and reports, sharing the impact of marketing activity on business and brand KPIs alongside recommendations and hypotheses to test for future brand activity. Excellent understanding and track record in delivering end-to-end ATL activity, including media strategies, media plans, and executing creative and comms to deliver on plans. Strong communicator with exceptional influencing skills (written/verbal) to navigate a global organisation across multiple functions, products, and local and central teams. A natural talent for inspiring exceptional creativity, writing clear, simple, insight-driven briefs (often at pace for topical/trending opportunities), and making space for creatives to do their best work. Exceptional skills and a highly organised approach to keep clear WIP and budget documentation, working cross-functionally to deliver on time and to budget. Ability to work autonomously to drive an ambitious brand plan agenda, ensuring stakeholders are brought in at relevant stages, while remaining an accountable, proactive, solution-oriented team player. Data literate, analytical, and structured in problem solving—including problem definition, hypothesis development, testing, analysis, evaluation of results, and recommendations.
