Share our brand story, make personalized recommendations, and help guests find meaningful pieces. Own store sales goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and motivate the team to achieve results. Oversee opening and closing, POS transactions, cash handling, and adherence to operating procedures. Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, organize supplies, and communicate product needs. Receive packages containing product and supplies at home, securely store them as needed, and transport them to the Pop-Up location. Keep displays organized, engaging, and aligned with Little Words Project brand standards. Help coordinate coverage, communicate priorities, and address operational needs. Work with Little Words Project contacts and follow applicable location procedures and requirements. Take on other duties as needed to support the team and business.
