The mission of the Sr. Partner Sales Manager, MSP is to drive significant expansion and retention across LogicMonitor’s MSP and VAR partner ecosystem. This role owns complex, high-impact partner relationships and leads strategic expansion and renewal motions to maximize ARR. As a senior individual contributor, this role operates with autonomy, influences partner strategy, and sets a high bar for execution, forecasting rigor, and partner engagement within the MSP organization.

Strategic Partner Ownership & Growth
Own a portfolio of high-impact MSP and VAR partners with responsibility for expansion and renewals. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder partner engagements and expansion cycles. Consistently exceed ARR and renewal targets while maintaining strong forecast accuracy. Develop strategic partner plans to drive long-term growth across accounts and verticals.
Sales Execution & Leadership
Apply LogicMonitor’s sales methodology across complex expansion and renewal cycles. Drive deal strategy, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threading across partner organizations. Partner closely with Sales Engineering, leadership, and cross-functional teams to execute high-value deals. Serve as a role model for sales discipline, deal rigor, and partner engagement.
Partner Enablement & Optimization
Act as a trusted advisor to senior partner stakeholders. Drive adoption, optimization, and measurable value realization across partner accounts. Proactively identify renewal risk and lead mitigation strategies.
What You'll Need:
4+ years of experience in partner sales, account management, or SaaS expansion roles. Proven track record of driving expansion and renewals within MSP and VAR ecosystems. Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Advanced forecasting, CRM, and deal management discipline. Strategic thinker with strong consultative selling skills.
