The posting, in Lyft's own words
archived Oct 2, 2026At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. As a leader in micromobility, Lyft powers millions of rides daily across over 200 cities with our cutting-edge ride-sharing, bike-sharing, and scooter-sharing technologies. Today, our pioneering micromobility system is operational in more than 50 cities worldwide, including Barcelona, Bogota, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Montreal, New York, and Rio de Janeiro, to name just a few. Build models others can audit: documented assumptions, clear inputs and outputs, and tracked changes between versions. Run high visibility processes and frameworks that keep leadership and market teams aligned on spares needs. Partner with local market teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to continuously improve spares demand planning processes and dashboards. Leverage data to recommend hardware and operations initiatives, such as component upgrades, tooling improvements, incentive programs, or performance management frameworks.
