Product Manager 2, Source2Pay

MongoDB is seeking an experienced and outcome-oriented Product Manager 2 to partner with the Product Lead for Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Travel & Expense (T&E) to deliver the roadmap across these domains. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Procurement, Accounting, employees, and Technology, helping MongoDB scale spend-management operations through intuitive experiences, reliable platforms, strong controls, and intelligent automation. You will own product discovery, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery partnership, and adoption for a portfolio that may include procurement, supplier onboarding and management, purchasing, invoicing, business travel, corporate cards, expense submission, audit, reimbursement, and related reporting and integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with enterprise business-systems and AI fluency. You can move comfortably from understanding an employee or Finance pain point to defining a scalable solution, evaluating where AI can improve the experience or operation, aligning stakeholders, guiding an engineering team, and measuring whether the change delivered business value.
