Role overview
Nasuni is seeking an Executive Administrator to partner with two senior vice presidents leading Customer Success and Business and Corporate Development. You will create the structure, preparation, and follow-through that allow both leaders to focus on customers, strategic partnerships, transactions, and company growth. This role operates across two distinct executive rhythms. Customer Success includes a structured operating cadence of customer priorities, leadership meetings, QBRs, and team commitments. Business and Corporate Development can be more deal-driven and unpredictable, including strategic technology partnerships, M&A activity, board preparation, executive meetings with external parties, and highly confidential materials. Success requires someone who can move comfortably between both environments—anticipating needs, protecting executive time, exercising discretion, and remaining calm when priorities change quickly. This is not a purely reactive scheduling role; it requires judgment, prioritization, polished communication, confidentiality, and independent ownership.

Level and scope
You will independently manage the operating rhythm for two senior executives working across multiple time zones. You will resolve routine scheduling and logistics tradeoffs, recommend priority changes, coordinate sensitive executive activity, and recognize when an issue requires executive judgment. The role is execution-led, with meaningful influence over how leadership time, information, meetings, relationships, and commitments are organized.
Responsibilities
Own complex calendars for two senior executives, resolving conflicts based on business priority, stakeholder impact, time zones, confidentiality, and preparation requirements. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, contingencies, external meetings, and last-minute changes. Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications so leaders enter meetings with accurate context and clear priorities. Support leadership meetings, QBRs, offsites, customer and partner engagements, board-related preparation, and other high-visibility executive activities. Provide administrative coordination for Business and Corporate Development activity, including strategic partnerships and transaction-related workflows, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and discretion. Coordinate executive interactions with senior external stakeholders, including strategic technology partners, investors, advisors, customers, and other business partners. Capture decisions, maintain action tracking, and drive follow-through across multiple concurrent priorities. Manage expenses, purchase orders, budget tracking, and vendor coordination. Serve as a trusted liaison across Customer Success, Sales, Alliances, Product, Finance, Legal, People, and workplace teams. Partner closely with other Executive Administrators to coordinate leadership schedules, company priorities, and high-visibility events. Use approved AI and automation tools for preparation, drafting, research, action tracking, and workflow improvement while validating outputs and protecting confidential information.
Expected outcomes and impact
Executive calendars consistently reflect the highest-value customer, partner, transaction, and company priorities. Meetings and travel are accurate, well prepared, and resilient to change. Sensitive information is handled with sound judgment. Leadership events and external engagements run smoothly, commitments are completed, and stakeholders receive responsive, trusted support across locations and time zones.
