The Service AI Transformation Team turns existing document data into AI‑powered services and integrations that streamline workflows across Natera’s clinical, commercial, and operational domains. As a Software Engineer III , you will implement features across the stack in a small, highly autonomous squad, applying modern serverless patterns, event streaming, and generative‑AI techniques to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities.
Core Engineering
Implement event‑driven transformation workflows and service integrations with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, S3, EventBridge, SNS/SQS, and Fargate , delivered through Infrastructure‑as‑Code (CDK or Terraform). Leverage cloud‑based foundation‑model APIs: Build AI transformation pipelines that orchestrate prompts, generate embeddings, and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns. Develop internal tooling and dashboards with React/Next.js backed by GraphQL APIs . Integrate with Kafka streams to exchange messages with domain microservices.
