Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Communications Lead for our APAC region. This will be Nebius’s first communications hire in APAC. Based in Singapore, you will build our regional communications strategy from the ground up, and personally lead on execution. The role sits within Nebius’s global Communications team and will partner closely with the APAC General Manager and regional leadership team. Together, you will determine where communications can make the greatest difference to the business, then turn those priorities into action. This is a hands-on builder role. You will create the strategy, and you will also write the materials, pitch the stories, prepare spokespeople, manage launches and develop the relationships needed to deliver it. As the business grows, you will determine where additional capacity is justified and help build it through agencies, freelancers and, eventually, further regional hiring. You will be joining early. There is no established regional playbook or large team to inherit. The opportunity is to build the strategy, the operating model and, over time, the capability itself.
