About the project
You will support a high-volume campaign operations team responsible for delivering batch email campaigns for UDX. Working closely with the AEP Architect & Mentor, the Senior Journey Consultant, offshore Campaign Specialists, UDX Digital Project Managers, and the campaign and targeting team, you will help ensure campaigns are executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule. The team may handle close to 100 email projects during its busiest month. This environment requires strong attention to detail, effective prioritization, reliable quality checks, and clear communication across teams and time zones.
What you'll do
Build, configure, test, and deploy batch email campaigns using an enterprise marketing platform such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Translate campaign briefs into accurate campaign configurations, following targeting requirements, content specifications, and delivery instructions. Review campaign audiences, segments, and basic data logic to help ensure the correct recipients receive the intended communications. Perform thorough quality checks on campaign setup, content, audience selection, links, scheduling, and other relevant delivery requirements before deployment. Review peers' work, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain consistent quality standards across the team. Act as a day-to-day point of contact for UDX, responding to requests, clarifying requirements, communicating progress, and escalating risks or blockers. Identify gaps or ambiguities in campaign briefs and ask clear, timely questions before proceeding with execution. Manage email templates, support template maintenance, and contribute to campaign reporting and operational documentation. Track work, deadlines, and dependencies using a work management platform such as Workfront. Coordinate handoffs with offshore teammates and stakeholders across time zones, ensuring that campaign status, outstanding questions, and next steps are clearly documented. Follow applicable brand, legal, and licensor review processes when preparing campaigns for approval and deployment. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen campaign workflows, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
