About the role:
As Readiness & Operations Coordinator , you are the operational engine behind GTM Enablement's programs. GTM Enablement supports the full go-to-market org across onboarding, certification, product launches, partner enablement, and company kickoff. All of that runs on scheduling, cohort tracking, platform hygiene, and reporting. This is a high-volume, high-coordination role with real visibility into how an enablement function runs, and a clear growth path into a program or specialist track as the team scales.

Areas of ownership:
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs, including onboarding cohorts, bootcamps, and certifications. Maintain the global enablement calendar and ensure program owners have accurate timelines, materials, and attendee details. Support day-to-day administration across Parloa’s GTM Enablement tools, including Highspot, Gong, LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Parloa Value Studio. Keep enablement platforms, content, permissions, rosters, attendance, and certification records accurate and up to date. Prepare recurring reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption for GTM Enablement leadership. Triage incoming enablement requests, route them to the right owners, and help keep routine field requests moving. Support logistics for GKO and other large-scale enablement events, including attendee tracking, vendor coordination, materials, and run-of-show prep.
Who you are:
1 to 3 years in an operations, coordinator, program support, or administrative role. Enablement or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement Strong organizational instincts and genuine comfort managing many small moving pieces at once Confidence with calendar tools and spreadsheets, and a track record of picking up new SaaS platforms quickly Clear written communication and the ability to coordinate across US and European time zones Sound judgment about what to handle yourself and what to escalate
