Your Impact
Pearce is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving revenue cycle performance by transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights. You will develop and maintain reporting around Work in Progress (WIP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing performance, cash collections, and other key revenue cycle metrics . Working cross-functionally with Finance, Billing, Operations, and Technology teams, you will identify trends and bottlenecks, improve visibility into financial performance, and help implement solutions that accelerate billing, strengthen collections, and improve cash flow. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys working with data, building meaningful reporting, improving processes, and partnering with business leaders to drive measurable results.

Reporting & Analytics
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for WIP, AR, billing performance, revenue cycle metrics, cash collections, and operational KPIs . Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for Finance Operations leadership. Support recurring executive, financial, and operational reporting requirements. Monitor performance trends and proactively identify areas requiring additional attention or corrective action.
